The Livery Shop, Calgary- 02.26.15

The last leg of our winter adventures in Alberta landed us in Calgary for about 24 hours. On fun discoveries, in Inglewood, look for the red barn. Inside is the new Livery Shop - an awesome little shop in the front, and the studios of Camp Brand Goods and Coutu Kitcsh. The shop naturally carries both of their lines, in addition to some other fun local brands like Treeline Outdoors and Fiasco Gelato , as well as other camping accessories and dog friendly goodies. You might also get lucky and meet their adorable dogs in the back (Otis the sheepdog pup even modeled one of their caps for us!) Ooooh and the shirts are SO SOFT and so well cut. We just wore them on the flight back (we looked like - Team Bison!) - and the women’s tees have such a nice scooped neckline (I hate the ones that feel like they are going to choke you.) The Livery Shop is so new, the website isn’t even ready yet. Just another reason to go peruse it all in person!
It really is an adorably unique building amidst all the larger, newer, modern buildings popping up around it. You can’t miss the red barn!

Inside, you’ll find the rustic chic of vintage furnishings meets cabin in the woods… and all the add ons to make your adventures that much more fun - from cocktail kits and hot chocolate, to axes and manly wood inspired grooming… as well as their signature jewelry and clothing lines.

Here’s their super cute sheepdog, Otis, modeling one of the Camp Brand Goods caps!
They were so sweet, that they gifted us some of their goods to try out.
(They are SO comfy, we were ready to buy some too!)
Here are Shawn’s favorites - Keep on truckin’ and the Camp Bison! And their TOQUES (aka beanies) in the marled colors are our favorites! We both picked the same one at first, so ended up mixing up the colors to share!
To continue the camp/adventure-ready theme - this is the tiny harmonica necklace! So cute, and it really works! I just need to learn to play it a bit better, so Shawn and Bucky can find me if i get lost in the woods.
My favorites… Happy Camper Tee and of course, the Buffalo Tee!
Seriously - their tees are ridiculously comfortable, super thin, and great fit for us both. The perfect tee to curl up in for our flight home as we transitioned from lots of cold weather layers back to a simple t-shirt and jeans for LA!
And of course, when we got home, and Bucky started his sniff inspection of everything that came home - he had to model one of the toques!
